Our Classic Muscat is a mix of 75% Muscat of Alexandria, the original white muscat variety from which it is thought all other wine grape varieties originated and 25% black muscat aka Muscat Hamburg (actually bred in England).
 
The method for crafting our wine was borrowed from the south of Spain, where fruits are sun dried to an extent prior to the making of Pedro Ximenes and Muscatel wines.
 
With similarities to Madeira and Malaga it's a luscious white fortified that will go with soft cheese platters, with dessert or as a digestive following any great meal (or not so great).
